Residents in Bruntsfield woke up on Sunday morning to find the tyres deflated on their SUVs by climate activists 'The Tyre Extinguishers.'
The group again left Edinburgh SUV owners with flat tyres as they continue their actions to protest the climate crisis.
The group is active across Britain, with actions taking place in Brighton, Bristol and London as well as Edinburgh.

In the early hours of this morning, the group targeted cars in the Bruntsfield area of the city, with hundreds of vehicles being targeted by the group since March.
This is the fifth strike by the Tyre Extinguishers in the city since March. The group has also targeted Leith, Portobello, Hillside, Marchmont and New Town,
The scale of the organisation is not known, as not every group informs the organisation after they take action but since March hundreds of cars have been affected by the organisation.
Posting on their website, the group said: “These strikes come as the new Edinburgh Council administration is formed. Local Tyre Extinguishers say that the new administration has no serious plans to tackle the car, climate, road safety and air pollution crisis in the city.
“Until politicians start doing their jobs, Tyre Extinguishers across the UK and beyond will do their work for them.
The group is specifically targeting SUVs across the city, deflating their tyres to cause inconvenience and expense for the owners.
They target SUVs specifically because of the adverse impact the cars have on the environment as well as because the majority of SUV owners live in cities.
Posting on their website, the groups said: “Because SUVs are bigger and heavier than other cars, they are more polluting and use more fuel.
“The increasing pace of SUV buying is cancelling out all the carbon savings from people switching to electric cars. If SUV drivers were a country, it would be the sixth-largest emitter in the world. Source: International Energy Agency.
“Three quarters of these ‘off-road’ vehicles are sold to people living in towns and cities. They exist purely for the vanity of their owners, who see them as a status symbol.
“For the sake of this vanity and conspicuous consumption, climate change is made worse, we breathe in polluted air, and more people die in accidents. This is unacceptable.”
