Franco Manca have announced they will be launching their second restaurant in Edinburgh this year.
The popular pizzeria have secured a lease of their new venue in the capital after seeing success at their South St Andrew Street venue.
Serving up fresh sourdough pizzas, the company will now be resurrecting the recently closed restaurant in Stockbridge, previously home to Pizza Express.

The iconic restaurant, which was known to have incredible views over the Water of Leith in the heart of the Stockbridge community, recently closed.

Operating in the building for over a decade, Pizza Express closed their doors at the end of February, with Franco Manca set to refit the site and open in the coming months.
It comes as the pizza brand have expanded greatly throughout the UK in the last year, with new restaurants also set to open in Cheltenham, Canterbury and Bishop’s Stortford.
