Disney’s much-loved musical comedy, The Muppet Christmas Carol, is coming to Edinburgh this winter for a special event that will see the music score performed live alongside a special screening of the film.
As well as Edinburgh, the tour will include stops in Glasgow, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, London and more, before finishing off in Manchester on December 20.
Following an immensely popular debut tour last year, including multiple sellouts, the beloved Christmas movie will be brought to life by a 'hand-picked ensemble of star performers'.

The original score for the 1992 hit was composed by Miles Goodman with songs by Oscar, Emmy and Grammy-winning songwriter Paul Williams.
The Muppet Christmas Carol boasts a stellar cast, with Michael Caine as Ebenezer Scrooge, Frank Oz as Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog being played by Steve Whitmire, and Gonzo, as Dickens, narrates the story with the help of Rizzo the Rat.
Scrooge receives visits from spirits of three Christmases – past, present and future. They show him the error of his self-serving ways, but the miserable old man seems to be past any hope of redemption and happiness.
Fans of the film can get tickets, which go on sale on April 28 from the Ticketmaster website.
