An Edinburgh swimming pool and sauna is set to reopen in just over a week's time following a plush new revamp.
Edinburgh Leisure have announced that the huge pool in Gracemount has had a complete makeover and will reopen on Monday, September 12, after being closed for several weeks.
Furthermore, the team have also announced that to celebrate the reopening of the impressive facility, they are hosting eight taster fitness classes for free.

Posting on their website, Edinburgh Leisure said: "We’re delighted that the work to our Gracemount pool has progressed well, and both it and our sauna are reopening on Monday 12th September. We can't wait to welcome you back to our beautifully refurbished pool area and allow you to experience it for yourself!
"Why not try something brand new? To celebrate the reopening, we are hosting 8 taster fitness classes, running from 17:30 to 19:45 that evening. We have two brand new classes to try - LIFT and SHIFT, as well as Yoga, Pilates and more. And even better, there is no need to book, simply turn up and enjoy!

The leisure centre also includes a gym and facilities such as table tennis and badminton, as well as a five-a-side indoor football pitch.
Having recently opened their state of the art facility in Meadowbank, as well as refurbishing the gym at the Commonwealth Pool on Dalkeith Road, the company are making huge improvements to the facilities they provide within the capital.
