Edinburgh St James Quarter unveils huge Bross Bagels cafe with new designs and menu

Becoming one of the most popular sandwich shops across the capital, Bross Bagels have now launched their latest addition in the St James Quarter.

Last year, it was confirmed that the bagel connoisseurs would be joining an array of incredible restaurants in the new shopping complex as well as the Bonnie and Wild food hall.

Opening with a soft launch on Christmas Eve, the cafe is now fully established In the quarter, with an initial menu created for the launch to last a little while longer.

However, according to Bross, the proper launch menu is set to be a good one, with “bunch of surprises” and dishes “created by the foodies of Edinburgh.”

The new site’s later opening hours and full menu are expected to arrive later in 2022, with the finalized menu still to be decided.

There are also ample opportunities to sit in, with tables tucked in at the windows to people watch, as well as stools at the bar to be right in at the action.
