A plush café chain that brands itself as being the world's 'most Instagrammable' is heading to Edinburgh and one of its biggest shopping centre's.
EL&N, who have multiple branches in London, as well as European cities such as Paris and Milan, are heading to St James Quarter to bring the world-famous pink and punchy décor to Edinburgh's city centre with their first Scottish location.
Only founded in 2017, EL&N also have branches in Doha and Kuwait and pride themselves on the stand-out interior and exterior of each store. One thing that's certain is how they will fit in among some of Europe's leading food and drink establishments in the £1billion St James Quarter.

Although no exact launch date has been released, Ffounder Alexandra Miller said that they hope to open in time for the festive season, adding to the likes of Haute Dolci and Duck & Waffle that are due to open in the not too distant future.
As well as featuring a patisserie display, the new café will also have several 'Instagrammable' moments for customers to get the perfect picture opportunity while benefiting from an all-day dining menu.
EL&N offer a variety of speciality items on their menus including hot chocolates, latte's and cakes, as well as offering brunch options, main courses and afternoon tea.

St James Quarter is the perfect location for us, located in the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh, we’ve created a unique concept that we think will resonate with our brand-new demographic in Scotland," said Alexandra Miller, founder of EL&N.
Since opening during summer 2021, St James Quarter has drawn some of the world's biggest brands to take up residence in the impressive shopping centre which spans five floors and offers views stretching the length of the capital.
