Edinburgh is set for a new coffee shop with Black Sheep Coffee set to open up at a historic Princes Street location.
The City of Edinburgh Council validated the proposal at the end of last year, on December 29, for the redecoration of the premises.
The property at 95 Princes Street is the last surviving completely intact Georgian town house on the street.

Now the “innovative” coffee shop is set to move in and become the latest occupant of the building.
Black Sheep Coffee already have two premises in the city, with one in St James Quarter and the other located at North Bridge.
The coffee shop say they offer truly unique beans on their website.
They say: “Serving the world’s first speciality grade Robusta Beans on the market, we are innovators in the coffee industry. With cafes, kiosks, and cocktail bars across the globe, come soak in the vibe and enjoy a perfect cup.”
Cafe Nero currently operate out of the premises and as of today (January 20) are still listed as open.
Princes Street is part of the New Town plan designed by James Craig in 1767, and took its name from the sons of King George III.
The building was officially given A-listed status back in December of 1979.
The City of Edinburgh Council are expected to make a decision in the coming weeks.
