Fortunately Zoopla have provided us with a list of streets in Edinburgh that feature the highest house prices - consider them our very own Millionaires Rows.

So if you've ever wondered where the most expensive place to live in Edinburgh would be, we've got you covered.

The average sold price for a property in Edinburgh in the last 12 months is £312,061, according to Zoopla.

Different property types in Edinburgh have different average sold prices over the last 12 months:

  • Detached: £592,914
  • Semi-detached: £406,587
  • Terraced: £370,920
  • Flats: £248,017
