Edinburgh's Tom Kitchin has teamed up with an award-winning Korean chef for a special one week only menu which will be served at the chef's East Lothian restaurant in Gullane.
To celebrate Scotland's upcoming professional golf tournament the chef has announced a unique gastronomic partnership with award-winning chef Mun Kim.
The bespoke collaborative menu will be available during the week of Genesis Scottish Open golf tournament in July.

The delicious menu will also be available from July 4-10 exclusively to diners at Tom Kitchin’s Bonnie Badger restaurant in Gullane.
The suave restaurant located on Gullane's main street is just a few miles away from The Renaissance Club in North Berwick, home of the Genesis Scottish Open.
The specialist menu has been curated to celebrate the best of Scottish and Korean cuisine. Featuring a collaboration between the two highly regarded culinary chefs, using the finest ingredients and techniques from each.
The mouth-watering three-course menu includes a first course which is a Golden Cross Goat’s Cheese Tart with Beetroot & Korean Spiced Chestnut.
A gorgeous main course of Bibimbap (비빔밥) with Scottish fillet of beef, seasonal Scottish vegetables and gochujang dressing and for dessert Tom Kitchin’s Whisky Baba with Korean Spiced Poached Pear.
