Edinburgh venue The Dome on George Street has shocked locals by beginning to take Christmas bookings for the festive period this year on the last day of February.
The stunning George Street eatery is known to put up their iconic Christmas lights first every year - early in November but it seems they are the first restaurant in Edinburgh to take Christmas bookings too.
They announced the news on Facebook on Monday, February 28, with a link to the booking portal which is now live for Edinburgh locals to secure that Christmas date.
