A new Holland & Barrett store is coming to Edinburgh's city centre, occupying a spot on one of the capital's most desired retail streets.
The retail property, located on 72 Princes Street, will be a new Holland & Barrett shop, it has now been confirmed.
The news follows a recent closure of the brand's previous Princes Street locations - a few blocks down the street, next to Hotel Indigo and right across from the Waverley Station entrance.

The major wellness brand now has nine stores in Edinburgh - with an EH postcode - and the upcoming pop-up store will be its tenth.
The health food chain does mention that the new store will have a pop-up format. Bosses have yet to be specified for how long it will remain open - and when the official opening date will be. But Edinburgh Live understands the store will be open for five months.
Initially, the property was marketed by Four & Co agents, who said: "The premises are situated in a 100% prime central location on Princes Street, bounded by Hanover Street to the west and South St David Street to the east.
"Nearby retailers include Dr Martens, Fraser Hart, Office, Skechers, Camper, JD Sports, Oliver Bonas, Superdrug, Primark and M&S. Rental offers in excess of £150,000 per annum exclusive of other occupational costs are invited."
