Edinburgh's most viewed properties as prices jump 6.4% in the capital

House prices in Edinburgh have risen a staggering amount after the average selling price jumped 6.4 per cent.

The average home price now sits at £295,979 with the north west suburbs recording the highest price change of a 21.4 per cent rise.

The annual increase of 6.4 per cent is compared to March to May 2022, according to a report by ESPC.

But despite the high prices, it hasn't put off buyers who are keen to settle down in the capital city.

Of course, with everything that Edinburgh has to offer, it is no surprise people want to move here and Zoopla have shared their most viewed properties in the capital.

Even with a hefty price tag, we're not surprised this Georgian mansion in Murrayfield is the most viewed property on the market in Edinburgh.
