Petrol prices are finally starting to fall after costs to soaring to record breaking highs over the last couple of months.
This comes as inflation and Russia's invasion of Ukraine put pressure on fuel across the UK and Europe, driving up the cost of living for motorists. Over the previous weeks, prices at the pump came in at just under £2 per litre but prices now seem to be dropping.
We looked for the cheapest and most expensive stations in Edinburgh, as listed by PetrolPrices.com as of 10am on July 25. However, as prices are often changing on a daily or hourly basis, some listings may have been superseded.

According to RAC, the average cost of unleaded petrol is 187.19p per litre, diesel is 195.88p and super unleaded is 199.46. But the motoring experts predict these prices will drop.
