Staff at Edinburgh's Camera Obscura and World of Illusions have hit back and defended the capital attraction after a scathing one star review.
A guest slammed the site on TripAdvisor after visiting earlier this month, claiming their experience had been 'a waste of money' and was just 'a bunch of pictures' - although they did praise the Vortex Tunnel.
The manager of Camera Obscura issued a swift response to the customer on the travel review website and said: 'There is so much to do and see and so much fun to be had!'.

The attraction generally scores very positive ratings from its customers, with a 4.5 out of 5 star ranking from over 15,000 reviews, making it the sixth best 'thing to do' in Edinburgh.
Yet it appears not everyone waxes lyrical about what's self-described as 'Britain's most fun day out'.
The savage review reads: "It was terrible! A complete waste of money considering the price you pay to get in!
"Nothing special but a bunch of pictures, the only good thing was the tunnel at the end."
Camera Obscura responded to say: "Hello and thanks for posting a review. It is great to hear you enjoyed the Vortex Tunnel.
"I hope you also had fun in the Mirror Maze and the rest of our 5 floors of interactive exhibits, and made the most of all the great photo opportunities.
"We really hope to see you back another time to give us another go. There is so much to do and see and so much fun to be had!".
