A telephone service company has warned Edinburgh residents of possible connection disruption as planned works are scheduled to be carried out in the area.
Taking to social media, the company that provides television and internet access, TalkTalk, alerted locals to possible disruption to the services overnight today, February 1.

This comes as CityFibre, who owns, operates and maintains network connection infrastructure across the UK, are due to carry out planned maintenance works in the capital.
According to the Twitter post, the works are scheduled to run from 10pm on Wednesday, February 1, until 7am on Thursday, February 2.
