A horrified Edinburgh resident has shared a video showing a front door of a home engulfed in flames on a quiet street.
The fire is understood to have started at around 10pm on Sunday April 2 on Bingham Broadway in the Duddingston area of the capital.
A ferocious blaze at the front door of a home can be seen in the footage as flames rise towards the ceiling of the porch.

One person who witnessed the fire said that they were taken aback by the violent nature of the inferno.
They worried that it could have happened to a neighbour or their own home, they said: “I’m shocked and worried.
“That it could have happened to me or a neighbours house - I’m still a bit shocked.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 10.13pm on Sunday, 2 April to reports of a dwelling fire in Edinburgh.
"Operations Control mobilised four fire appliances to the city's Bingham Broadway, where firefighters were met by a fire within a two-storey property.
"Crews extinguished the fire and worked to make the area safe before leaving the scene.
"There were no casualties."
It is not known the cause of the blaze but a Fire Investigation Unit was spotted at the scene of the the incident on Monday April 3.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a fire at a property on Bingham Broadway, Edinburgh, around 10.20pm on Sunday, 2 April, 2023.
“Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished.
“There were no reports of any injuries and enquiries are ongoing.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 3901 of 2 April, 2023.”
It is believed the fire is linked to an earlier hit and run in the Lochend area of Edinburgh which saw a 21-year-old man taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
