As October rolls in, it's time to get ready for Halloween, pumpkins and all things autumn.
Many of us will be packing away the t-shirts and replacing them with thick jumpers, ready to embrace the chilly weather.
Along with Halloween parties, Christmas lists and celebrating finally being allowed to put the heating on, pumpkin picking is a must for a lot of families.
Pumpkin picking offers children and adults a day out to choose their very pumpkin and carve it out to make a new spooky addition to their house.
And we've rounded up the best places to go pumpkin picking around Edinburgh.
