Households across the country looking for a new home are struggling to find property they can afford.
With prices being high in cities around Scotland — and Edinburgh in particular — many people are unable to buy.
Renting can be very expensive too, especially if you're keen to live somewhere near the city centre. However, there are good deals to be found everywhere if you're willing to do a bit of digging.
