Edinburgh much-anticipated inflatables adventure park AirThrill opens

Edinburgh has become the latest UK city to get its own exciting Inflatable Park after AirThrill announced they have opened their new venue at Wester Hailes.

The new location, which has just opened at the Westside Plaza shopping centre, is filled to the brim with family fun, featuring inflatables, party zones, an interactive football pitch, an arcade zone and even a slush bar and cafe.

The 8,500 square feet location also offers sessions and spaces inclusive of visitors with additional support needs, accommodating large groups and parties and also play space for toddlers.

The inflatable park itself has loads of fun obstacles, slides, a 'wipe-out' zone and interactive football. Alongside the main offering is a seven-metre long 'slushie wall', DJ booth and arcade, to keep the kids entertained.

There are also plenty of arcades on offer (AirThrill FB)

Guests will have to be 5 years and older to participate at an Open Jump session (as well as having to watch a safety video and complete a waiver in order to participate), while those under 18 can have their parent/legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

Those under 5 can enjoy mini jumper sessions on a weekend, while special ASN Peaceful Play Sessions will also be on offer.

The new site, which opens at Unit 2 at the Westside Plaza Shopping Centre in Wester Hailes will join the company's other Scottish sites in Falkirk and East Kilbride.

Managing director of owners WonderWorld Group, Narinder Barya, said: “The launch of our new Edinburgh site marks our fifth inflatable park and our 12th venue within the UK and we are absolutely delighted to open our doors to the public after a lot of hard work and significant investment in the design and construction of the venue.

"The new site is great news for the local community; families across Edinburgh will get to enjoy our market-leading inflatable experience closer to home and given we have appointed over 30 staff to the Edinburgh team and our sites drive substantial footfall to the area, there will be a huge benefit to the local economy and community."
