Edinburgh Morrisons to sell viral Prime hydration drink but there's a catch

The popular and viral Prime hydration drink will now be sold at Morrisons, with the supermarket chain joining the likes of Sainsbury's and Asda.

What once was an impossible drink to get your hands on is about to become a lot easier thanks to multiple supermarket retailers jumping on the bandwagon to sell the viral drink produced by influencers KSI and Logan Paul.

Once the drink hit shelves in the UK, independent businesses were seen selling bottles for huge profits due to its rarity. However, Aldi and Asda latched on to the idea and started selling the drink in their stores.

Now, after the recent news of Sainsbury's stocking Prime on their shelves, Morrisons have decided to get in on the act and the majority of their Edinburgh and the Lothians stores are set to start selling multiple flavours of the drink.

As the Manchester Evening News reports, there is one catch. Bottles will be limited to just four per customer and only selected flavours will be available.

A spokesperson from Morrisons has said: "We are now stocking the much sought after Prime Hydration Energy Drink in the majority of our stores while stocks last."

The retailer will be stocking their shelves with just four of the flavours.

This includes:

  • Prime Hydration Ice Pop
  • Prime Hydration Tropical Punch
  • Prime Hydration Lemon Lime
  • Prime Hydration Blue Raspberry

They will be selling them at just £2 a bottle, with some stores in the UK charging in excess of £10 before they were stocked in several supermarkets.

The drink comes in a variety of flavours which also includes Grape, Meta Moon, Orange, and Strawberry Watermelon, as well as the limited edition Orange and Mango flavour which is only available in the UK for a limited time.
