A man has been rushed to hospital following a collision between a car and an electric scooter at a busy Edinburgh junction.
Police rushed to Eildon Street at the junction with Inverleith Row on Monday afternoon following the accident, as an image from the scene shows the scooter lying on the road next to a vehicle.
Officers say they attended shortly after 12pm on April 17 and a 28-year-old man was taken to hospital. His condition is currently unknown and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.

A white vehicle can be seen parked next to the black scooter at the busy junction near Warriston Playing Fields.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.05pm on Monday, 17 April, police were made aware of a crash involving an electric scooter and another vehicle on Eildon Street, Edinburgh.
“Emergency services attended and a 28-year-old man was taken to hospital. Enquiries are ongoing.”
