Edinburgh drivers using both the city bypass and M8 have been warned they could face delays after an early-morning crash.
Police and recovery services had raced to the scene shortly after 8.50am on Monday morning (December 12) due to the collision at the Hermiston Gait Junction.
Taking place on the ramp that connects the two major roads, the eastbound on ramp to the A720 is currently restricted due to the incident.

Drivers that will be passing through have been urged to take care as they approach the scene.

Speaking in an update to motorists, Traffic Scotland said: "Hermiston Gait The Eastbound On ramp to #A720 lane 2 (of 2) is currently restricted due to a collision Police and TRISS are in attendance."
