Edinburgh drivers have been warned to expect delays following a collision at a major junction connecting the bypass and M8.
Tailbacks have been seen at the Hermiston Gait junction following an incident on Saturday morning that is reported to have involved two vehicles.
Traffic Scotland issued an urgent update to motorists shortly after 11.45am on October 1 after one lane was blocked on the roundabout slip road heading towards Gogar.

TRISS recovery services are currently in attendance at the scene, however it is unclear if there have been any injuries as a result of the incident.
Motorists heading through the roundabout on both the city bypass and M8 have been warned that traffic is "slowing on approach", and advised people to take care if passing the crash.

Speaking in an alert, Traffic Scotland said: "A two car collision is currently blocking a lane on the Hermiston Gait Roundabout slip towards Gogar.
"TRISS are in attendance, traffic slowing on approach."
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
