Scores gathered at Edinburgh's St James Quarter to take part in a ceilidh in the shopping centre.
The event was outside Bonnie and Wild in the shopping centre and took place on Thursday, November 24 as part of the White Heather Ceilidh Club which hosts huge ceilidhs once a month.

Incredible footage shows scores of revellers arm in arm while jigging around the retail thoroughfare to classic Scottish music. Everybody is beaming with joy as they partake in the traditional activity. The exciting event runs every month on the last Thursday of every month and best of all it is free.
The ceilidh was run by Charlie Kilpatrick's band who called the dances meaning everyone including beginners can get involved. Bonnie and Wild posted: "What a night at this evening’s White Heather Ceilidh Club, with over 250 of you joining us for a jig in our Marketplace! Big shoutout to Charlie Kirkpatrick and his band for keeping us right on the dance floor too."
They added: "Missed this evening? December’s Ceilidh Club night is on Thursday, 29 December and you can book your FREE space via the link in our bio."
Locals were amazed by the joyous scene. One said: "This is pretty epic." Another said: "Love this!" While one added: "Shame granny missed this."
The St James Quarter opened in June last year and has a huge variety of shops and restaurants including a luxury cinema on the fourth floor.
Bonnie and Wild the popular food hall opened shortly after the shopping complex and offers all different cuisines in the same place.
