An Edinburgh contestant has praised the cast and crew of ITV's Romeo and Duet, as he hopes to find love on the brand new dating programme.
Jamie Lee Morley, from Edinburgh, has been in the news previously for recording a hit charity single with dementia sufferer Margaret Mackie, also from the capital.
And now he is taking his vocal talent to the next level, as he performs on television to win over the hearts of an anonymous lover, hidden on Juliet's balcony.

Edinburgh Live spoke to Jamie leading up to his performance being aired on the show, and he was full of praise for the experience he had with ITV.
Jamie said: "I had an amazing time filming for Romeo & Duet, everyone involved on the day made the whole experience much more enjoyable & memorable.
"From the contestants, production team and Oti it was just overall a cracking day & that was down to everybody that was involved.
"We all just had a laugh which helped put everyone at ease which is what you want on what can be a bit of a crazy day filming. "
The production team were actually the first to get the ball rolling with Jamie, after spotting his story with Margaret online.
He continued: " I was contacted by one of the production team over Instagram who had seen my charity video with Margaret online.
"I filmed the pilot for R&D back in August last year and was invited back for the actual show the start of this year by the amazing Ciara who looked after me throughout the whole process, and what an amazing human she is.
"You don’t often hear people saying positive things about how it goes behind the scenes with TV shows but Ciara and the whole of Goat Films TV production were incredible with us all involved, so hats off to them."
Jamie is looking for love on Romeo and Duet, but understands that reality TV is not all it seems on the screen.
He added: "Ideally I want someone I can have a future with but being involved in a reality show you just have to take everything with a pinch of salt, enjoy the filming process & make the most of the experience as not many people can say they get given that opportunity.
"But yeah, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to find someone I can see a future with as that’s the whole purpose of the show. I've been single for long enough now so it’s definitely time to settle down!"
And Jamie is also looking ahead to his future in the music industry, teasing some new tunes for his loving fans.
Jamie concluded: "I’m really trying to focus on getting more original music written & recorded and put out there for everyone to hear.
"I also fly out to the States next month to be a judge at the Karaoke World Champion Washington state finals which is a bit of a pinch me moment!
"So alongside that I’ll be doing my usual charity work/events and who knows what else is in store!"
You can watch Jamie perform on the ITV show Romeo and Duet at 7pm on Saturday, May 21.
