A themed cocktail bar in Edinburgh has launched its latest tribute to a much-loved film series, which is guaranteed to prove that life, uh, finds a way.
The Cocktail Geeks (formerly known as the Pop Up Geeks) famously open up their city centre venue with changing themes of 'geekery', having covered The Hobbit, The Witcher, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter and more previously.
Now it seems the bar is paying tribute to one of our favourite iconic film series - Jurassic Park.
Serving up drinks ' 65 million years in the making ', The Cocktail Geeks first seven days of their new theme and menu has reportedly been some of their busiest ever.
Their interior has been transformed as part of their new 'Extinction' menu, with the team writing: "We’ve cooked up a series of cretaceous cocktails for you to sit back, relax and enjoy admits a lush and tropical setting, lets just hope no prehistoric predators escape their paddocks.
"For your own safety, please do not feed or share cocktails with the dinosaurs. "
Fortunately for Edinburgh locals, there's still four months of dino mayhem ahead at the East Market St cocktail bar.
