Japanese restaurant Itsu will open their first Scottish venue later this week at Edinburgh's St James Quarter Shopping Centre.
The highly anticipated Asian-inspired brand will also open an additional two Scottish venues, continuing their impressive expansion and creating a number of jobs within the community.
The restaurant have confirmed that their new venue in the huge St James Quarter will officially open on Friday, March 25, with opening times to be confirmed in due course, as the Daily Record report.

Itsu, the popular global brand, already occupy various branches across the world, as well as selling groceries that you can find in your local supermarket shelves.
The restaurant will be located in the Lifestyle District and will include a budget-friendly menu that boasts healthy East Asian dishes.
With prices starting at under £7 a dish, fans can try out a range of Asian-inspired dishes for less, including sushi, dumplings, bao, hot noodles & rice bowls.
Itsu will be offering healthy, hot & cold Asian inspired dishes for both grab & go and eat in customers. The restaurant chain celebrates their ‘steamed never fried’ approach to delicious food, which includes a third of its menu being plant based.
Before the doors officially open to the Edinburgh branch, the brand has invited their neighbours to take part in a 'first look' lunch on Thursday, March 24, between 12pm–1pm.
The first 500 visitors will be provided with fan-favourite dishes such as sushi festival, veggie sushi collection and klean’katsu chicken rice bowl completely free of charge.
And that's not all, as Scots students can be in with the chance of winning a semester's worth of free Itsu food.
Students are encouraged to share their best pictures of the new Itsu restaurant to social media as part of their first ever 'snap and share' competition.
The winner will be awarded free Itsu food to get them through their exams for the rest of the semester.
Itsu's Chief Customer Officer commented: "We can’t wait to open our first restaurant in Scotland in the St James Quarter.
