Emergency services have rushed to a fire in a plush residential neighbourhood on Tuesday morning.
A small domestic fire broke out at around 11.30am on Royal Crescent in New Town on Tuesday, January 23 and firefighters were called.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue service said: "We received a call at 11.28am and arrived on the scene by 11.34am. Three fire appliances and one height appliance attended with 16 firefighters."
No casualties were reported.
