La Bocca, Stockbridge opened up on June 11 with a soft launch treating the local residents to a taste of Italy before they officially open on Monday June 13.
The Italian eatery was created to be a neighbourhood joint, providing the setting and the fuel for all of Stockbridge’s social occasions.
The restaurant will be serving small plates, sharing plates, mains and luxurious desserts, made fresh with locally sourced produce.

Highlights on the menu include the sharing boards for two both priced at a reasonable £30 based on two people sharing.
Customers can choose either a Insalata di Mare which is a chilled platter of market fish and with dressed grissini and crusty bread or Affettati e Formaggi Misti which is a mixture of cured meats and cheeses also with pickles and crusty bread.
The menu also offers mouth watering queen scallops, spicy steak tartare and pan roasted king prawns in lemon butter perfect for a sharing lunch with friends.
The suave new restaurant has stylish interior with deep blue tones throughout the furnishings.
There is outdoor seating perfect for enjoying some Italian aperitifs and snacks in the rare Scottish sunshine.
The owners behind the stunning new restaurant wrote: "We have a shared vision for an innovative Italian dining experience born out of and inspired by the best Osteria, originally a place serving wine and simple food.
"Eat good, small plate Italian food made from fresh, locally sourced produce, sharing plates and selected mains.
"Enjoy luxurious desserts and drink fine and affordable Italian wines, beers and signature cocktails."
