Fire crews in Edinburgh were seen tackling a large blaze in the city centre this week after a digger burst into flames.
Emergency crews had raced to the building site at Viewforth in Fountainbridge on Wednesday afternoon after the piece of machinery caught alight.
Located just behind the Union Canal footpath, the main body of the vehicle could be seen engulfed in flames, with huge plumes of smoke billowing through the area.
