Emergency services descended on an Edinburgh tower block on Thursday night as locals witnessed 'worrying' scenes.
Police, Scottish Fire and Rescue and paramedics were all spotted at Persevere Court in Leith shortly after 9pm on Thursday, October 27.
One eye witnesses reportedly saw four fire engines parked at North Leith Mill and said there was "a lot of focus" on the high-rise tower block opposite their building.

A spokesperson for the SFRS was only able to confirm that crews attended to assist emergency service partners and deployed a rope rescue, but no further information regarding casualties is available at this time.
Images taken from the scene show firefighters conversing with police officers before gathering in a circle during the aftermath of the incident.
An ambulance can also be seen parked nearby in what appear to be concerning scenes. One Twitter user said: "Something happening in Leith, EH6. Lights trained up at tower block, ambulance, fire truck, police.

"At least four fire engines, police, ambulance, and lot of focus across at the tower block opposite our building."
Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
