"Easier to earn @UB40 income @UKGovScotland (& spend hours on looking at @tiktok_uk & @instagram) We seek to deal with others as we would have them deal with us."
Before being deleted, various users replied to the tweet, calling the company out and making them aware that it was not a fair reflection on the young Scottish workforce.
Kauai's eatery on Forest Road advertise their eatery as: "Cosy counter-serve with seasonal, locally sourced cuisine such as bowls, smoothies & all-day brunch."
The store opened almost a year ago, with their sister bistro and restaurant, Noon, also falling into the same employment category regarding employment issues.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, Kauai said that there is a huge unemployment issue surrounding Europeans, meanwhile both venues are struggling to recruit younger local workers.
They said: "The core issue is that whilst Europeans are desperate for Jobs in the UK as huge unemployment in Southern Europe, amongst the under 30-year-olds, we are struggling to hire staff for both Noon & Kauai."
