Edinburgh comedian Iain Stirling shares major 13-year-old throwback of hit CBBC show

Comedian and narrator of hit ITV2 reality show Love Island, Iain Stirling, has made his long-time fans feel extra weary as he celebrated a show anniversary on social media.

Writing on Twitter, the Scottish funnyman said: "Hey, wanna feel old? Iain and Hacker started on tele 13 years ago TODAY."

Iain was feeling nostalgic as he celebrated the anniversary of his first broadcast with Hacker on his social media, providing a video where Hacker accidentally hits him in the groin.

Looking freshly-shaven and extremely young, donning an extreme side fringe, Iain was very successful in his children's show on CBBC.

Iain and Hacker was a children's CBBC show, presenting many different segments, looking at funny moments of the time and had a hilarious blooper reel.

Iain, who now voices Love Island, has gone on to present shows like The Dog Ate My Homework.

Fans flocked to social media to discuss the anniversary of Iain and Hacker, with one Twitter user saying: "Scoundrels, the pair of ‘em!"

Another wrote: "What a throwback of a show! I feel old."

And a third said: "Only elite people knew about Iain and hacker."
