A top Edinburgh chef from Cater Edinburgh has just announced he will be launching a new unique pop-up in Leith this summer, offering an exciting dining opportunity.
Barry Bryson, a winner of the Chef of the Year 2021 award, is set to open a Barry Fish pop-up - where Barry is "a proper Edinburgh word for anything that's really good" - in the heart of Leith.

The exclusive gourmet pop-up will emerge in August 2022 and will have strictly limited entry. Anyone eager to visit the spot can reach out to Barry on his email - barry@cateredinburgh.com - to join the relevant mailing list and be among the first ones to know more details about the event and get access to the early-bird booking.
Announcing the news on his Instagram page, Barry said: "I'm so excited to bring a concept I'm so truly passionate about to your plates this summer.
"I will also be inviting a couple of great chefs from the city to join me for a guest chef slot on certain nights."
Even though not much is known about the upcoming Barry Fish pop-up yet, the chef has a reputation for delivering outstanding quality food and is well known in Scotland - and beyond the UK - for his talent.
Running his own catering business, Barry is trusted to cater events for such reputable companies as Louis Vuitton, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Glenmorangie, as well as hugely prestigious organisations like the National Library of Scotland, Jupiter Artland and the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
