An Edinburgh Bonnie and Wild favourite is on the move, as hot spot Chix announce a new fried chicken shop in Dalry. Chix was a brand new addition to the Edinburgh food scene, opening in the St James Quarter last year.
The bright American style shop in the food hall is hard to miss and makes fresh fried chicken with dozens of delicious sauces for food fanatics to try.
Another favourite at the store was the unique waffle fries served alongside the mouth watering chicken - which are so hard to resist. They also offer chicken gravy, melting mac and cheese and raw slaw which was a hit with fans.

The fried chicken shop describe themselves as: "A brand new addition to the Edinburgh food scene.
"Located in the Bonnie & Wild food market of St James Quarter, we are serving up a selection of fried chicken and a range of gourmet dips."
They added: "With a background in some of the country’s top restaurants, we aim to apply the core principles of fine dining to fast food. Quality, consistency, attention to detail, love & passion."
Chix offers a tasty menu with their well-loved 'Tendies' which are tender chicken strips that come in a spicy or regular coating, have become a firm favourite with chicken lovers over the last year.
They also do huge chicken burgers and have had exciting rotating specials on for a limited time only, during their time at Bonnie and Wild.
It is currently unknown what will pop up in their place but fans of the fried chicken shop will be pleased to know they can still get their Chix fix as the brand isn't leaving the capital.
Today they announced on social media they are opening a new shop in Dalry, writing: "One year later and we are moving from our concession in the Bonnie & Wild Marketplace in the St James Quarter to our very own shop on Dalry Road!"
Adding: "Keep your eyes peeled for updates and openings!"
