“On arrival at the table with the drinks our server handed over a tropical froze stating that the strawberry one wasn’tavailable, so they had made another one instead with no prior warning or discussion before doing so. The pint of Best was flat, but still served and it wasn’t until after complaining did they realise the line was damaged.
“As for the Guiness, this was the worst I’ve ever seen served with barely any head - clearly then the staff are not well versed at pouring such a pint. All in all this was shocking service and high-end prices, no apologies or discounts were offered for our trouble in fact they had the cheek to add a £13 service charge to our bill - avoid.”
Tigerlily were quick to respond, stating: “So sorry to hear that you had a less than amazing experience with us here at Tigerlily. We usually set out to ensure that all our guests leave with nothing but good things to say about us, however on this occasion it appears that we have failed to do so and for that I can only apologise.”
Overall, Tigerlily has a rating of 4.0 on TripAdvisor - with 958 reviews branding the establishment ‘excellent’. 141 reviews consider the bar ‘terrible’.
