Edinburgh Airport has issued an update to passengers who lost their bags in transit.
The airport revealed that baggage handling company Menzies has moved its unaccompanied bags to the Baggage Repatriation Centre at the Royal Highland Showground. It joins fellow handler Swissport, which was already based at the Royal Highland Centre.
The Baggage Repatriation Centre is open seven days a week, from 9am to 5pm, where passengers who have been parted with their luggage can go and collect it.
Those travelling to the centre will need to have their luggage tags (the barcode they were given when they checked in) or the reference number they were given when they reported their lost baggage. A form of ID is also required.
