In their search for success in the six years under Eddie Jones' leadership, the England rugby team have invited many inspirational speakers into their Pennyhill Park base in Surrey.
2012 Olympic gold medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill has recently been into the camp to talk to the players about her experiences as a heptathlete with many other inspirational people coming in to talk to the players.
One unexpected name on that list is former Manchester United captain Roy Keane with the testy former midfielder proving a popular and entertaining guest prior to England's run to the 2019 Rugby World Cup final.
Many England players are football fans, with captain Owen Farrell a fan of Manchester United, and he will have been impressed by stories of leadership and other anecdotes from Keane.
Keane has also made a big impact with Jones. Speaking at the official Six Nations launch this week, the England head coach said: "He's one of the funniest blokes I've ever met. Like, he's inspirational but his stories are incredible, mate.
"I remember our coaching staff spent about an hour with him and he had us just laughing and laughing and laughing, he spoke to the players and he was equally as funny.
"He's certainly one of the most memorable guys we've had in [to camp]. Obviously a very good player and a tough guy in terms of the way he played the game, but a great raconteur of football stories.
Jones made it clear Keane is welcome to return, adding: "So we'd be happy to get him in again."
Keane's words may have been missing this time last year as England finished fifth in the Six Nations ahead of only Italy and Jones may be considering bringing the notorious pundit back into base with competition looking stronger than ever this time around.
