Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe has insisted he will never be the type of manager to watch a game from the stands or even sitting down in his heated seat in the dugout.
Howe has also insisted that he has no intention of ditching his tracksuit any time soon. Howe certainly has a different style to previous managerial greats at United such as Sir Bobby Robson and Rafa Benitez that usually preferred a suit and tie.
The United head coach opted against wearing a suit ahead of the Carabao Cup final and has spoken of maintaining a bond with his players - even if he can't be on the field with him. Howe's managerial style has certainly been a hit with Toon supporters with the 45-year-old seen roaring his team on from the sidelines and urging attacks at St James' Park.

When asked if he still saw himself as a "tracksuit manager", Howe told Chronicle Live: "I do. I always want that closeness with my players on match days.
"That's why I never really sit down. I am always at the front because I want my players to know that I am with them in every moment.
"Whether it's good, bad or we've scored a goal or conceded a goal. I am at the front and leading with them."
Howe, a former Bournemouth and Portsmouth player, suggested his mindset had never really left the player lounge since hanging up his boots. And the head coach is still one of the first to hit the gym each morning at the club's Benton base.
Howe said: "I think being in a tracksuit is another example that I am not too far away from them and I am supporting them. I know it might sound quite strange but I don't want to be seen as different to them.
"We are all as one. It is a way of staying close to them."
