Eddie Hall has explained that he has "purposefully" remained heavy in order to increase his power for the long-awaited clash with Thor Bjornsson.
The strongman is currently preparing to face Bjornsson next month with the fight now officially confirmed to take place in Dubai on March 19.
It will take place six months after being postponed last year due to Hall's horrific detached bicep injury that delayed the rivalry being settled.
With high stakes for the boxing clash, Hall has vowed the "desolation" of his rival Bjornsson, posting: "56kg / 343lbs and Counting! Purposely kept heavy throughout my camp for power and I fully intend on delivering it.
"And don’t worry I can work for 10 rounds! I’m calling this journey ‘The Desolation of Thor’. Almost time for that big crybaby to pay!"
Hall has lost around 40kg- a remarkable achievement- to make weight for a boxing debut against Bjornsson.
After his incredible weight-loss journey Hall is expected to weigh around his suggested mark after admitting to piling some weight back on over Christmas.
The pair have been rivals ever since their weightlifting days battling it out simultaneously to become World's Strongest Man.
It was agreed that the pair would take to the boxing ring to settle the rivalry with neither man having any prior experience in the sport.
Bjornsson now holds an advantage over Hall having competed in the ring three times with his recent victory coming through a first round stoppage of arm wrestler Devon Larratt.
He has also fought in exhibitions against Steven Ward and Simon Valily and was dropped in the latter which will provide vital lessons for the Game of Thrones star.

Hall has expressed his dislike towards Bjornsson and wants to "bang him out" so the pair can finally end their war of words.
"To be honest, I just want to bang this guy out, bang him out again, and then just get him out of my headspace," Hall told Muscle and Health.
I’ve just spent too much time fixated on wanting to hurt this man and I just need to move on. He wronged me in 2017, he’s put a black cloud over me for a number of years. I just want to put that to bed and move on with my life.
"We want to hurt, well, I want to hurt him. This is a serious fight. We actually genuinely hate each other. The only reason Thor took the World’s Strongest Man title is because I retired - so he’s welcome.
"He’s welcome that I retired. He’s lucky I retired, or else he never would have won the World’s Strongest Man."
Bjornsson is training for the event in Scotland alongside boxing coach Billy Nelson as he looks to continue his remarkable journey in the boxing ring.
