Eddie Hall claims Thor Bjornsson "doesn't have a clue" as he promises to surprise rival

Eddie Hall has suggested Thor Bjornsson is overlooking him by stating his rival "doesn't have a clue" ahead of their grudge fight.

Hall and Bjornsson will fight in the 'heaviest boxing match in history' in Dubai on March 19, six months after their original meeting was cancelled when Hall tore his bicep.

The former strongman rivals have both criticised each other's training in the lead up to their fight, but Hall insists Bjornsson isn't aware of what he will bring to the ring.

Hall, who has sparred with professional boxer Thomas Carty whilst training in Stoke, added he has a surprise for Bjornsson when they fight.

"The bicep's healed now and it's stronger and healthier than ever," Hall said. "I've been training out of the spotlight and he doesn't have a clue what I can really do."

"I've got a surprise coming for you Thor and all of your fan boys too. You can all keep telling yourselves that you're ready, you can all keep pretending but all I'll say is good luck, because you're going to need it."

Bjornsson - who has been training with coach Billy Nelson in Scotland - thinks his three exhibition fights have prepared him to beat Hall.

"This is the only goal I've been training towards in the last two years. Time has been on my side. I'm more practised, more conditioned and more skilled than I've ever been," he said.

"I'm training as a boxer fully. The footwork, the movements, he has seen what I can't do but it's not going to help when we're in the ring."

Bjornsson has lost a quarter of his body weight whilst preparing for the fight, dropping from 205kg to 145kg.

But some fans think Bjornsson looks " unhealthy " in his new appearance and his weight loss will be detrimental to his performance.

And Bjornsson recently admitted his body is feeling the effect from all of his hard training sessions.

"Something that f**** with my life is that I am a bit fatigued right now. There is a lot of hard sessions," Bjornsson said on his YouTube channel.

"I can definitely feel the fatigue in my legs, hamstrings and my hands. I wake up every morning with inflammation in my arms but luckily my knees are quite healthy.

"My body is very healthy guys don't get me wrong, I feel healthy in other aspects of my life. It is absolutely normal to feel sore, beaten up and feel extremely tired every day which is normal.

"I know my body I know at this stage when it is injured compared to when it is extremely sore."
