ED questions Robert Vadra in alleged land grabbing case in Haryana

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday questioned businessman Robert Vadra, husband of Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra here, in an alleged land grabbing case in Haryana, official sources said.

Vadra, the brother-in-law of Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi walked to the ED office from his residence along with his supporters, who raised slogans against the government.

Talking to reporters, he accused the government of misusing the agencies against him and said, "Whenever I talk about the issues of the people, about the minorities, about the incompetence of the government or even if I think of joining politics, they use agencies against me".

"There is nothing new in the case. I have been summoned 15 times and have sat for more than 10 hours every time and have submitted 23,000 documents. They are now again asking for all the 23,000 documents," Robert said.
