Ed Balls' children are said to be "mortified" after his physical test on yesterday's Good Morning Britain.
The panel debated how often is enough when it comes to routine bed sheet changing after Stacey Solomon revealed she replaces her own at least once a week.
As the conversation progressed, regular presenter Ed Balls was put to task to see if he was able to change a bed by himself instead of relying on his wife, Yvette Cooper, for the job.

Ed was seen scurrying around the studio with the pillows and duvet being thrown in every direction as he attempted to tackle the challenge as quickly as possible. He finished by sprawling himself on top of the bed but Yvette revealed on today's show, where she appeared as a guest, what really goes on behind closed doors.
She said: "I do more sheet changing than he does but to be fair to Ed he does all of the cooking. He does do a lot of the tidying up as well." Footage of Ed's challenge appeared on screen which prompted her to reveal he was just as eccentric at home which hasn't gone down well with their children.
She added: "The kids are mortified by all of this. I just don't know what to say to them. Your parents are supposed to embarrass you but unfortunately, your dad is overachieving."
