Properties in Heswall had an overall average price of £389,187 over the last year, according to Rightmove. According to the sales figures, the majority of sales in the area during 12 months were detached properties, selling for an average price of £564,182.
Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £288,288 and flats fetched £194,370. Overall, sold prices in Heswall over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 14% up on the 2017 peak of £340,599.
