The savviest holidaymakers plan ahead to get the best deals on flights - especially during competitive periods like the school summer break
So, if you're looking to get away next year, particularly over the six-week school break, you'd be wise to have a look at EasyJet's deals today.
The airline has released its schedule for summer 2020, so flights between March 29, 2020 and August 30, 2020 are on sale now.
We've had a quick look at flights from Newcastle over the six week break. At the time of writing, we could find returns to Majorca and Malta and in late July and early August for under £90. Outside the summer holidays, fares can even cheaper.
Other destinations include Barcelona, Malta and Nice.
Usually, prices rise as tickets are sold, as certain numbers of tickets are available at the lower prices. Although this can change, if EasyJet announces a fire sale. But for the peak summer holiday period, booking as far ahead as possible is a very wise move.
