Flights from Edinburgh to the home of Santa Claus will be launching this winter.
Families can get to Rovanieme, the gateway to Lapland, from December 3. EasyJet has announced the flights will be ran twice a week throughout winter, with existing services heading there from London and Bristol already proving popular.
Also launching this winter are flights from Edinburgh to a 'scuba diving hotspot' in Egypt, Hurghada. They will also be running twice a week, from November 6.

Ali Gayward, easyJet's UK country manager, said: "We’re delighted to be launching even more new routes from our airports across Scotland to a range of fantastic destinations, providing evening more choice for our customers this winter.
"Whether they’re looking for a Christmas getaway, hitting the slopes or chasing the winter sun and we can’t wait to welcome more customers on board.”
