People across the land are making the most of the beautiful weather as blue skies and sunshine abound on the Easter weekend.
As the reality of an extra long weekend, FA Cup final fixture and incoming roast dinners crackles in the air, Brits have been making the most of the exceptionally good weather.
After the Arctic blast that signalled the start of April brought the mini-March heatwave to a swift end, this weekend's balmy swing came at a good time.
Yesterday 2022's hottest temperature so far of 23.4C was recorded in St James Park in central London, toppling the previous record by more than a degree.

Today the mercury is expected to come close to 22C - making parts of the UK hotter than Ibiza.
In Dorset, where beautiful rugged coastline and long sandy beaches are common place, many have taken to the seaside to enjoy the warm rays.
Lyme Regis and Bournemouth beach were packed by late morning with people eager to shrug off the winter chill and catch a bit of the sun.

The good news for those who are working today or unable to enjoy the sunshine for other reasons is that it is forecast to continue tomorrow and on Monday.
Aside from patches of cloud and rain in Belfast and western parts of the main island, fair weather and sunshine will keep things pleasantly spring like for most.
The mercury is expected to top out above 20C tomorrow.
As with all things, there is no such thing as a free lunch when it comes to a sunny Easter weekend.

Neil Armstrong, Chief Meteorologist, said: “Most people will see some spells of decent bank holiday weather this weekend, and it will feel warm in places, particularly for the first half of the Easter break.
“However, a low-pressure system will affect the northwest of the UK later Sunday, bringing unsettled weather to the north with some strong winds and rain in the northwest, which could impact driving conditions for some, but further south it will be drier, especially in the southeast.
“There will be varying amounts of cloud, but temperatures are widely likely to be above average for the time of year, although low cloud might keep temperatures lower in coastal areas.
“However, where the sun comes out people can expect some very pleasant spring conditions.”

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:
Cooler and more unsettled with some showers or rain, but also with bright or sunny spells. Winds mostly light or moderate, but fresh at times in the north.
