EastEnders actress Zaraah Abrahams has disabled her Instagram comments on recent posts following backlash from her sighting at the National Television Awards.
The 35-year-old soap actress, who plays Chelsea Fox on EastEnders, was seen looking close to Ryan Thomas at the awards ceremony on Thursday evening.
Pictures appeared to show Ryan, who is engaged to Lucy Mecklenburgh, nuzzling into married Zaraah's neck.
Since the photos emerged, Zaraah has received backlash online and has now appeared to have taken measures to stop comments on her Instagram posts.
The three most recent pictures posted to Zaraah's grid have the comments disabled, while other posts have limited comments from those close to her – stopping people who haven't been given permission from posting comments.
A link in her Instagram bio, which appeared to have gone to a survey, has also been made private, too.
The Mirror has contacted Zaraah's representatives for comment.
Meanwhile, the Chelsea Fox actress has posted to her Instagram story since the photos emerged as she re-shared a post from EastEnders celebrating their Inside Soap Awards victory.
As she shared the post celebrating the soap winning the Best Soap gong, Zaraah wrote below: "And [cheers emoji] to all our wonderful individual winners too!!"
The actress also re-shared a post from her co-star Clair Norris, who plays Bernie Taylor, as she shared photos of herself at the NTAs last week. One picture shows the Chelsea and Bernie actresses pouting as they posed in front of a shimmering gold wall.
As Clair, 24, shared the images on her Instagram page she gushed in the caption: Who better to walk the red carpet with @zaraah_a", tagging her pal Zaraah.
It comes as Ryan, 38, appeared to share a cryptic message on his Instagram page following the release of the images.
The former Corrie actor took to his Instagram story to share a romantic clip from Luther Vandross' hit song, Never Too Much.
He shared a snippet of the song which included the lyrics: "I don't want nobody else to ever love me".
Captioning his reposting of the video, Ryan penned: "They don't make them like this anymore."
After the pictures of himself and Zaraah emerged, a spokesperson told The Sun Ryan and Zaraah had been close friends for years.
They said: "Zaraah and Ryan have been good mates for over 20 years and were just catching up as they haven’t seen each other for quite some time. It’s nothing more than that."
Lucy and Ryan were later spotted putting on a united front as they stepped out to the park with their children on Sunday.
Former TOWIE star Lucy, 31, took to Instagram to share an array of loved-up snaps as the couple lapped up the Autumn sunshine while out with their children, Roman, two, and five-month-old daughter, Lilah.
Lucy and Ryan met during filming for Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls in 2017. After months of speculation the pair confirmed they were an item.
Ryan then popped the question on a romantic trip to Italy in June 2019. The pair share children Roman and Lilah together.
