The former EastEnders ' star has been open about her weight loss journey in the past as she spoke of how she lost a stone through The Cambridge Diet. The 46-year-old told Hello! how she adopted the programme of low calorie shakes, soups and snack bars after she struggled to lose baby weight following the birth of her son.
Martine has wowed fans as she showed off her "incredible figure" on a family holiday. The Love Actually actor shared snaps alongside her husband Jack McManus and young son with her 533k Instagram followers.
