EastEnders spoilers: Ruby Allen devastated as she suffers second miscarriage

Ruby Allen is left devastated on EastEnders next week as she suffers a second miscarriage all alone.

Earlier this year, Ruby (Louisa Lytton) discovered that she had endometriosis after miscarrying, which left both herself and husband Martin Fowler heartbroken.

The club owner tries to get herself on the right track with her stepchildren, in particular Lily, who is still furious over her involvement in mum Stacey's jailing.

Ruby had framed Stacey by claiming she had pushed her down the stairs in a row, leading to her miscarriage.

As a result, Stacey is now serving time in prison while actress Lacey Turner is on maternity leave.

Next week, Ruby gives the children with a worry box after listening to Isaac's advice so that they can write down their worries and put them inside.

However, Lily is sceptical and Ruby ends up peaking at her worry, infuriating her and prompting her to storm off.

Jean suggests to Ruby that she needs to be warmer, but the club owner suddenly doubles over in pain.

After getting an emergency appointment with her GP, Ruby is left in tears when she tells Jean she's pregnant but the doctor told her that it is very likely that she will miscarry.

As Jean and Ruby end up bonding, she is encouraged to write down her worry and put it in the box.

The next day, Ruby tells Martin about the doctors appointment and insists that she will be fine alone.

Later, she receives a call telling her to pick Lily up from school and the pair bond.

Elsewhere, Martin opens up to Zach and admits that he feels helpless and believes that they need to keep trying for a baby.

Meanwhile, Ruby is quick to realise that Lily read her note as the pre-teen tells her that she will be a great mum.

Ruby soon recognises that her miscarriage is starting as she suffers agonising stomach cramps and later takes comfort in her role as a stepmum as she spends the evening with Lily.

Will she be OK?
